To provide reliable voucher management and printing functionality, VMS-APP accesses and processes the following types of information:

• Agent Account Information: Your phone number, agent short code, name, and PIN code provided by your organization administrator to authenticate you as an authorized agent.
• Bluetooth & Location Data (Device Pairing):
  • BLUETOOTH_SCAN & BLUETOOTH_CONNECT: Required to discover, pair, and send print commands to ESC/POS thermal printers.
  • ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION & ACCESS_COARSE_LOCATION: Required by the Android operating system to perform nearby Bluetooth device scanning. Location data is processed ephemerally in memory solely for printer discovery and is never stored, tracked, or transmitted to any remote location server.
• Camera & Storage Access: Access to the device camera or local storage is used optionally to scan QR codes on voucher batches or update user profile imagery using local image croppers.
• Voucher & Printing Log Data: Transaction batch IDs, printed voucher serial numbers, denomination details, and failed voucher print logs required to manage voucher stock and retry failed prints.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information exclusively for essential application functionality, including:

• Authenticating authorized agents to access the Voucher Management System.
• Discovering, connecting, and printing physical vouchers on thermal Bluetooth printers.
• Tracking voucher stock levels, batch serial numbers, and printed/failed voucher reports.
• Managing offline backup voucher print logs to allow retry printing in case of hardware or power interruptions.

3. Data Security & Encryption

We implement robust security measures to protect your account and voucher data:

• Encryption in Transit: All communications between VMS-APP and our backend servers are encrypted using standard Transport Layer Security (TLS/HTTPS).
• Device Security: Device-specific identifiers (UUIDs) are used to prevent unauthorized device access and protect agent accounts against misuse.

4. Data Sharing & Third Parties

We strictly respect user data privacy. Your personal information, location data, or voucher printing records are never sold, rented, or shared with third-party advertisers or external marketing services.

5. Account & Data Deletion Requests

Users and authorized agents have full rights regarding their account data:

• In-App Deletion: You can initiate account deletion directly within VMS-APP by navigating to More Screen > Delete Account.
• Web Request: You can also submit an online account deletion request by emailing us at info@teleportet.com with your registered phone number and agent details. Account data will be permanently removed or anonymized within 30 business days upon verification.

6. Children's Privacy

VMS-APP is a commercial voucher management tool intended solely for authorized agents and enterprise users aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under the age of 18.
